I am now aware, more than ever, of my addiction to the internet. Yesterday, we had no internet connection at home and Comcast couldn't make it out to our house to fix the problem until this morning. I was okay with that
only because I knew I would be back to work this morning where I would, once again, have access to the internet. Well, I get to work this morning and....NO INTERNET!! Not only that, we had no access to the main program we use for scheduling...which is my only job. So, needless to say, I was at a loss. I had no idea what to do with myself....so I called Chrystal!
I am with you, and it's so sad!! I lost my cell phone a few weeks ago, and it was so brutal! And I don't even talk on it that much, mainly I just use it to get phone numbers from. It's almost pathetic to realize how much we rely on technology.
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry for your loss, and hope it returns soon!!
I don't know what I would do without internet! When Carmen and I were on our road trip we both were going crazy because we hadn't had internet or any television for days. When I got home at almost 2am, I spent an hour on the computer. It's a problem.
